Dr. Ashley Coh was the most gentle and kind provider I have ever met. I fly in from San Francisco to Seattle for a trip and had an accident. I reaaaally needed to fix my teeth and was in so much pain. Dr. Coh was so gentle and caring and soon after, I felt much better and was able to move forward with my day. I enjoyed my experience. I did the new patient special (I don't have dental insurance) and they were professional and helped explain things nicely to me. I will say that something felt a little strange about the experience...There were a lot of different people involved with my relatively standard cleaning and the guy at the end kept pushing me to make that six month appointment and went so far as to walk me to the lobby and shove a card with a QR code in my hand asking for a good review. It felt a bit corporatized for some reason; maybe it is, I don't know. But nothing was really wrong and I'll go back for my next cleaning, assuming my insurance will cover them in the future.

Everyone I've met before today was genuinely the nicest people. However, today when I got my wisdom teeth (4) removed by Sergey Gazarov,DDS he had an attitude with me the entiiiire time. Upset with me that I had nobody to pick me up after so I had to choose local anesthesia. As if I didn't look into every possible alternative like nurse care or the cabulance. Of course I wanted to be put to sleep but everything was out of my budget so I had no choice. "You see why I put patients to sleep now" "stop shaking" I was really trying to be understanding because I know they are under a strict time schedule it's just he wasn't making the process any easier. But everyone else is extremely nice and helpful I just hope I don't have to work with him again in the future.
