Persnickety Patient I’ll preface this review by saying I seldom write them—because I’m not at all easy to please! My smile is very important to me—I’ve spent a King’s Ransom on full porcelain veneers and crowns—so when a front veneer finally broke (after 18 yrs!), I panicked because my original dentist has retired, and I had client meetings the next day. My severely dental-phobic partner recently had a root canal done at Capitol Hill Dental Group…..and fell asleep during the procedure sooo I decided to give them a whirl. The front office is expertly and efficiently managed by Justin and Tylor. Justin got me in for an emergency appointment the next day, and Tylor deftly navigated my insurance and arranged a payment plan for the balance. Next was a NASA-esque X-ray panel (y’all, they don’t charge for X-rays or basic evaluations!) that digitally mapped my entire mouth. Following the X-rays, Dr. Ashley Koh met with me to discuss treatment options. She’s friendly, funny, and exceptionally proficient and professional, and she explained everything in great detail. Once I chose a course of treatment she got to work, aided by Cole and Ji, her adept dental assistants. My comfort was paramount throughout the visit, which I greatly appreciated! Dr. Koh spent HOURS perfecting the 3D “printed” crown…..until I was happy with the results. I never felt rushed or pressured to accept anything I didn’t like (remember—I’m finicky!). Overall, my experience was outstanding from beginning to end, and I cannot recommend this stellar team more highly. (I’m going back next week for a cleaning and non-emergency maintenance—I’ll update this review after that appt.)

First time here at Capital Hill Dental Group! I felt very cared for and welcomed. I really appreciate being able to put down my pronouns and chosen name. Like every other person, i dread coming to the dentist but Dr. Mansour, Kayla, and Justin made it a little less dreadful. Thank you.

Dr. Koh is such a compassionate person and Dentist. Her bedside manner is exemplary. She says please and thank you not just to her patience, but to her fellow employees that’s everything that’s comfort. Cole is as awesome. He was very gentle. He was very kind. He was very considerate.💜
